Returns, Refunds & Replacements

This page provides helpful information on how to return any of our products. Firstly, please do contact us to discuss your concerns we will do our best to find a solution for you. Our direct email is If you wish to return any of our products which are not faulty, please contact us within 21 days of delivery of your items. Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact.

When ordering from Loch Ness Spirits Ltd either directly or through our website we expect that on receipt of your order, you should carefully inspect it to ensure it is intact. For items that arrive damaged or faulty, we will provide a refund or provide a replacement, we must be notified within 3 working days of receipt. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We may not (at our sole discretion) accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier’s documentation. We must have confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 3 working days of delivery. Unfortunately photographic evidence is required by our carrier company if an item has been damaged during transit. All refunds and reimbursements will be arranged within 30 days of our acceptance to do so and after the safe receipt of the returned goods.

Any product returned must be within its original packaging, contain the relevant paperwork and be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. The cost and risk of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer and a proof of delivery service must be used. Thank you in advance for your co-operation, we will aim to resolve any delivery issues as swiftly as possible.

We do not sell products or provide services for purchase by children, nor do we market to children.

Use of these services is covered by the G Suite for Business Privacy Notice[1] with amendments for Data Processing Amendment to G Suite and/or Complementary Product (e.g. Cloud Identity) Agreement[2] and EU Model Contract Clauses for G Suite.[3] ”
